There comes a moment when you realize that no amount of doing, achieving, or pleasing others can fill the longing to feel at home within yourself.
How the Inner Touch Method™ was born
For many years, I was disconnected from my own body without realizing it.
I explored different spiritual practices, meditation techniques, and teachings, but I often found myself unable to truly connect with them. Practices that focused only on the mind, the third eye, or expanding consciousness did not fully resonate with me because a part of me was still disconnected from the body — from the place where my deepest healing was waiting.
My transformation began when I started exploring inner child work, shadow work, emotional awareness, and the process of truly feeling what was happening inside of me. Slowly, I began to experience sensations that had previously been unavailable to me: tension, numbness, pressure, heaviness, emotions, and subtle messages from my body that I had ignored for years.
I began to understand that the body remembers. Throughout our lives, we experience events, emotions, and situations that create an emotional charge. When we do not have the capacity, safety, or support to fully process these experiences, the body learns to hold and protect us. These unprocessed experiences can become patterns that influence the way we think, behave, relate, and experience life.
Through my own healing journey and countless hours of sitting with my body — feeling, breathing, observing, and creating space — I discovered something powerful: The body does not need to be forced to heal. The body needs the right conditions.
When we offer ourselves unconditional presence, compassion, patience, and safety, the body begins to soften. The places that have been holding tension can begin to release. The parts of ourselves that have been hidden can begin to return home.
This understanding became the foundation of the Inner Touch Method™.

Healing is not only about feeling sensations — it is also about understanding them.
Through guided inner dialogue and reflection, you will learn how to create a conscious conversation with yourself. Over time, you develop the ability to meet yourself with awareness instead of reacting from old patterns.
1. Body Awareness & Somatic Presence
The first step is learning how to listen.
Through guided practices, we explore sensations within the body — tension, numbness, discomfort, emotions, and areas where energy feels blocked or disconnected.
You learn how to create a relationship with your body where it feels safe to communicate.
2. Conscious Breathing
Many people breathe shallowly without realizing it.
Shallow breathing often develops as a protective response — a way of minimizing feeling and staying disconnected from uncomfortable sensations.
But our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to communicate safety to the nervous system: “You are safe to be here. You are safe to feel.”

For those who are seeing a deeper connectionwith self, creativity and the life you REALLY. want to live.
What happens during the session?
Each session is unique and guided by comfort, consent, and emotional attunement. Sessions may include inner child work, grounding practices, conversation, breath awareness, energy work.
What if emotions arise during session?
That's why I am here for. I welcome that, let it flow and go so it does not weigh on you anymore. Emotional release is welcomed with care and compassion. You are never expected to suppress your emotions or perform wellness.
Can these sessions support feeling of loneliness or emotional overwhelm?
Many people seek these sessions for support with stress, emotional exhaustion, isolation, nervous system dysregulation, burnout, or simply a desire for safe human connection and rest.
How long is the session?
I offer 1-hor sessions or 1,5-hour sessions depending on your needs and how much you feel you need to process during a given session.
Where do sessions take place?
I offer online sessions that do not include touch. As well as online and in person session for women, and only online sessions for men die to personal reasons.
How do I know if it is right for me?
